An active lifestyle helps to feed an active imagination and also gives us the energy we need to keep a demanding schedule. It's true that a rolling stone gathers no moss, and most strong leaders I know are moss-free! Physical fitness is one of the four main areas of personal development that we all need to pay close attention to on a daily basis (Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spritual), and probably the easiest to overlook.
Truth is, physical fitness doesn't just impact the way we live, but it can also affect the way we impact the lives of the people around us.
It is important that we exercise regularly, rest well and watch what we put in our bodies. God designed us all in His image, so it's important that we become the best image-bearers we can be - striving every day to get better, stronger and healthier along the way.
