Leadership Toolkit: Ear plugs

As leaders, our ears must constantly be popping. We need to be spending time at the 30,000 ft. level, taking in our surroundings and looking at things from a macro perspective; but we must also get on the ground level to see things up-close and personal from the micro perspective.

When we do this, we get a complete picture of where we are and where others are as it relates to accomplishing the goals that God has helped set for our lives.

Take a look at the next item in my leadership toolkit, and ask yourself: "Are my ears popping?"
