Andy Davis is a talented, young musician from Nashville. He is also a fan of Chick-fil-A and had a show in Atlanta last night. Yesterday, a friend passed along a Tweet that Andy sent out earlier in the day:

Taking a page from the Morton's Steakhouse book on service ( read story here), I made a few calls and we asked that the good folks at our Peachtree at Collier location help feed Andy for the night. And that's exactly what they did.

I am so thankful to work with people who are willing to go the second mile and help create remarkable experiences for our customers. It didn't take much. Just a phone call and a little bit of effort. Now, I'm not saying that we can give everyone who asks a free chicken sandwhich, but we do hope to surprise and delight all of our fans everyday at Chick-fil-A.

Andy, I hope you enjoyed your #2 with Waffle Fries and a large sweet tea. It was our pleasure serving you!

How can you go the second mile in your business today? Are you creating remarkable experiences for the people you serve?
